Woolpert is seeking a Proposal Manager to join our Marketing and Proposal Team in the United States. You will lead the proposal process, coordinate content development with SMEs, and ensure a compliant, high-quality response that aligns with win strategy.

You will mentor proposal coordinators, participate in pursuit planning, and help maintain schedules and resource assignment while collaborating with directors, project managers, and the creative team in a fast-paced, globally active practice.

Qualifikationen

• BA/BS in relevant field is required.
• 5–8 years technical/AEC industry experience or 12+ years relevant AEC experience.
• Proven proposal experience involving Geospatial Surveys, Aerial Imagery, LiDAR, Hydrographic Surveys, Photogrammetry/Remote Sensing, and related services preferred.

Position Overview

Woolpert is hiring a Proposal Manager to join our dynamic Marketing and Proposal Team. This position reports to the Senior Proposal Manager and is responsible for supporting projects concerning Geospatial Services. Working collectively with market leaders, program directors, project managers, technical subject matter experts (SMEs), and other department resources, the proposal manager is responsible for managing the development of cohesive proposals, including maintaining schedules, organizing resources, coordinating assignments and reviews, implementing win strategy, ensuring compliance, resolving internal team issues, and providing process leadership for prime pursuits.

What You Will Do

• Lead proposal process through analyzing/outlining solicitation documents, developing pursuit schedule, coordinating technical solution/content development, and engaging creative resource support.
• Develop draft proposal documents for and lead color review meetings.
• Ensure established quality assurance/quality process is followed.
• Participate in and/or attends pursuit pre-RFP meetings.
• Maintain opportunity, project, and staff data in firm ERP database.
• Coordinate shortlist interview preparation with marketing manager and creative team.
• Coordinate technical writing assignments with subject matter leadership team.
• Perform cross-market compliant QA/QC reviews.
• Identify and support creation of reusable content.
• Research ERP data for experience, teaming, and client history to use in proposals.
• Participate in capture planning to develop proposal solutions and win themes.
• Support proposal process improvement through internal lessons learned and client debrief.
• Actively mentor proposal coordinators and interns.
• Active participation/leadership in industry trade organizations (APMP, SMPS) is a plus.

What You Will Bring

• BA/BS in relevant field and 5-8 years technical/AEC industry experience or 12+ years relevant AEC experience.
• Previous proposal experience involving Geospatial Surveys, Aerial Imagery, LiDAR, Hydrographic Surveys, Photogrammetry/Remote Sensing, and other related services highly preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills with ability to work in a team environment, positively influence others, and develop strong internal and external relationships.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize multiple deadlines.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, InDesign, and Adobe Acrobat.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, time-management, organizational, and record-keeping skills
• You thrive working in a fast-paced, highly driven environment and can adapt quickly to changing conditions and priorities
• A high level of self-motivation

Base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

Pay Range

$75,400 - $94,300 USD
