Worldwide Clinical Trials is seeking a Proposal Manager – Flex in the United States to lead cross-functional FSP proposals across Biometrics, Clinical Operations, Pharmacovigilance, Medical Writing, Regulatory, and other lines. The Proposal Manager – Flex works with cross functional contributors to develop high quality and compelling proposals to support fit‑for‑purpose Functional Service Provider (FSP) solutions. Primarily responsible for ensuring that our written proposal documents and pricing solutions align appropriately with the proposed strategy and are completed within appropriate timelines and quality standards.

Knowledge of FSP and strategic workforce outsourcing models preferred
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.

Bachelor's degree in Life Science, Business Management, Finance or related field required
Minimum of 3-5 years in the pharmaceutical, CRO, or related industry
Experience developing complex FSP proposals and budgets across one or more clinical development functions is strongly preferred, including Biometrics, Clinical Operations, Medical Writing, Pharmacovigilance, Regulatory Affairs, or related disciplines
Occasional domestic and international travel may be required
Promotion to the next level is not automatic based on years of experience. Personnel are evaluated on proven competency, level of responsibility, and ability to work independently.
The salary range for this position is annually (For hourly paid positions, the stated salary range reflects hourly rates): United States of America - $65,000.00 - $129,000.00
The salary range provided is intended to give candidates an understanding of potential earnings. Compensation will fall within the provided range, and it not a guarantee of exact salary. The final salary will be determined based on relevant experience, performance, education, and internal equity.
