Akicita Federal, LLC is seeking a proposal manager to own the pipeline of small business set-aside bids, from opportunity discovery to submission.

The role emphasizes rapid decision-making, FAR compliance, and producing compliant responses quickly while building reusable content. You'll use AI tools to draft and tailor proposals and coordinate with recruiting for staffing needs.

Qualifications

• 2+ years writing or managing federal proposals.
• Working knowledge of the FAR, Sections L and M, and set-aside rules.
• Clear, fast writing and strong attention to compliance details.
• Comfort with AI writing tools, or a real interest in mastering them.
• Comfortable with volume: you like shipping, and you don't need every bid to be perfect.
