Akicita Federal, LLC is seeking a contracts manager to grow federal opportunities, manage high-volume proposals, and build lasting relationships with agencies and teaming partners.

You will find and respond to federal opportunities, focus on small business and 8(a) set-asides, and serve as the point of contact for post-award contracts while leveraging AI tools to accelerate work.

Formación

• 3+ years in federal contracting (contracts management, proposal writing, capture, or program management)
• Solid understanding of the FAR, set-aside programs, and the federal procurement process
• An existing network of agency or contractor relationships is a strong plus
• You're comfortable with AI tools, or eager to become a power user
• You'd rather submit ten good proposals than polish one forever

Responsabilidades

• Manage contracts after award: point of contact for agencies, modifications, compliance, and reporting
• Spend about a quarter of your time on teaming and partnership outreach to other small businesses
• Work with our recruiting team to staff new awards
• Use AI tools to work faster. We expect speed and don't want proposals built by hand from scratch.

We're adding a contracts manager to help us grow beyond our current work. The job is to find opportunities, write winning proposals quickly, and build lasting relationships with agencies and teaming partners.
