Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Proposal Manager for a temporary project role to cover for a medical leave. This is a remote position with an anticipated start date of June 26, 2025, and expected to run through October 2025. Job Description:
Join our dynamic and highly successful team supporting our Cyber and Operational Risk Markets. As a Proposal Manager, you will lead the development and submission of high-quality proposals. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proven ability to manage the full proposal lifecycle in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a strength-based proposal development process from pre-solicitation to submission
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather information, develop strategies, and ensure alignment with client requirements
• Develop, present, maintain, and drive proposal plans
• Write, edit, and review proposal content for clarity, compliance, and persuasiveness
• Manage multiple proposal efforts simultaneously and enforce strict adherence to deadlines
• Coordinate and facilitate thorough Team reviews and proposal strategy sessions
• Analyze solicitation documents and prepare compliance matrices and response outlines for RFIs, RFPs, and RFQs
• Ensure 100% error-free compliance and on-time submission
• Lead continuous process improvement assessments to enhance the proposal lifecycle

Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• Proven experience managing proposals in a professional services, cyber, or operational risk environment
• Strong understanding of Shipley proposal development processes
• Excellent project management, writing, and editing skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely with minimal supervision
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
