Job summary

RIVA Solutions, Inc. in Reston, Virginia, is seeking a Proposal Manager to lead full lifecycle federal proposal activities in a hybrid work setting.

Lead cross-functional teams, develop schedules and compliance matrices, conduct kickoff meetings and color-team reviews, coordinate SMEs, pricing, and contracts, and ensure high-quality, compliant submissions for RFPs, RFQs, task orders, and RFIs. A Shipley background and strong leadership are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5-8 years of Federal proposal management experience.
• Shipley proposal methodology experience.
• Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills.
• Microsoft 365 proficiency.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent proposals.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate kickoff meetings, standups, and color team reviews.

Program Overview

Supports RIVA's Bid & Proposal organization by leading full lifecycle Federal proposal development activities.

Position Overview

Minimum Qualifications

• Microsoft 365 proficiency.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent proposals.

Preferred Qualifications

• APMP Foundation certification or higher.
• Shipley trained.
• Experience with AI proposal tools.
