Treanor is seeking a BIM Manager to provide firmwide and project-level leadership in BIM and related digital workflows. You will support architectural staff through standards and tools that improve delivery, coordination, and quality, reporting to the Director of Technology.

The role is based in Treanor’s Kansas City or Denver office with a hybrid work model (3 days in office, 2 remote). Candidates must be eligible to work in the United States.

Job description

Treanor is seeking a BIM Manager to provide firmwide and project-level leadership in design technology, with a primary focus on Building Information Modeling (BIM) and related digital workflows. The BIM Manager supports architectural staff through the effective use of tools, standards, and processes that improve project delivery, coordination, and quality.

This role works closely with architectural project teams and Technology leadership to support consistency, efficiency, and continuous improvement in how digital tools are applied across the firm. The position reports to the Director of Technology and is based in Treanor’s Kansas City or Denver office.

The ideal candidate brings a strong architectural or engineering background, deep project experience, and a practical understanding of how design technology supports real-world project delivery. They are service-oriented, technically confident, and comfortable balancing hands-on project support with firmwide initiatives.

Treanor offers a hybrid work model, with employees working in the office 3 days a week and allowing the flexibility to work somewhere other than the office 2 days a week.

A candidate’s salary is determined by various factors including, but not limited to, degree, relevant work experience, skills, and certifications. The anticipated salary range for candidates meeting the stated requirements is $90,000 – 115,000 and will vary by the states we operate in.
