Job Description: The Proposal Manager will be an integral part of the Business Development team, helping to coordinate the complete proposal lifecycle, acting as a central hub for creating compelling, compliant, and high-quality proposal submissions. They ensure all RFP/RFQ/RFI requirements are addressed, and documents are submitted correctly and on time, supporting company business development efforts. They will lead and coordinate the end-to-end development of technical and business proposals supporting commercial, government, and space customers. This role partners closely with engineering, finance, supply chain, leadership, and business development teams to ensure high-quality submissions are delivered on time and positioned for success.
