Job summary

COMAGINE HEALTH is seeking a Development Specialist to support Proposal and Grant Development, assisting the Business Development team with template creation, compliance matrices, resumes, and SharePoint site maintenance. The role includes coordinating technical solutions and CRM operations to improve BD processes.

The position also handles administrative support, conference materials, and BD process training, while collaborating on PowerBI reports and dashboards to communicate department

Qualifications

• AA/AS degree or equivalent experience.
• 2 years of experience in word processing, spreadsheets, and presentation software.

Responsibilities

• Proposal and Grant Development: supports proposal response, templates, resumes, SharePoint site maintenance.
• Technical Support: manages BD tech support process and team help desk; SME on CRM, CMS, SharePoint.
• Operational Improvement: researches and coordinates tech solutions to improve BD operations; documents CRM specs.
• Administrative Support: supports BD team materials, training initiatives, and processes.
• Department Reporting: works with IT to create PowerBI reports and dashboards.
