Job summary

Zachry Group is seeking an Execution Planning Manager to lead the creation of execution plans during the proposal period and to align them with project schedules once awarded. The role includes field leadership opportunities and advancing the AWP process across projects within Zachry’s planning framework.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

Develop and mentor execution planning coordinators under supervision.
Collaborate with proposal leadership to craft project execution strategy during the proposal period.
Lead the development and compilation of project execution plan components from safety, quality, engineering, procurement and construction teams.
Initiate and assist in creating a project timeline during proposals and implement the AWP process for Work Breakdown Structure.
Organize and present the execution plan to the project team before proposal submission.
Guide the development of constructability and best-practice strategies from site audits and workshops.
