Position: Proposal Coordinator/Marketing Assistant

Reports to: Proposal Manager

Work Location: On-site position at one of the firm’s office locations: Newark, NJ (Headquarters Office); New York City, NY; Rocky Hill, CT; Philadelphia, PA; Mount Laurel, NJ

Responsibilities

• Preparing and analyzing of RFP documents
• Create designs and use graphics for A/E/C marketing documents
• Make effective proposal presentation
• Work with Project Managers to strategize and execute requests for proposals and qualifications
• Work with the team on interview preparation process
• Be responsive to requests, promptly coordinate assignments and understand the market types/projects
• Review, research, and strategize components and experienced with SF 254, SF 255, SF 330, and other forms
• Coordinate proposal schedules and action plans as part of the proposals process
• Develop proposal structure and creative content to meet requirements
• Utilize proposal management tools
• Ensure proposals follow all RFP criteria and requirements
• Coordinate graphics and images to help illustrate the proposal message
• Develop, write, and maintain marketing information systems and records

Qualifications

Certifications /Professional Experience Required:

• 3-6+ months experience in similar field is required
• BA or BS degree in technical writing, English, marketing, communications, or similar field is preferred
• Experience with Adobe CC (InDesign, Photoshop, and Acrobat) preferred

General Qualities

• Has excellent Microsoft Word and Excel. Ability to navigate through company internet-based systems.
• Good time management skills and ability to multi-task
