• Manage pursuit schedules, track deliverables, and run internal pursuit meetings.
• Provide quality control, proofreading, formatting, and final production for digital and print submissions.
• Maintain organized databases of pursuit activities and outcomes.

What the position entails

• Coordinates the development and production of proposals, statements of qualifications, and interview materials, ensuring all deliverables are accurate, compelling, and submitted on time.
• Collaborates with technical staff, project managers, and designers to gather, organize, and synthesize content for pursuit documents.
• Drafts, edits, and reviews proposal narratives, resumes, project sheets, and supporting materials to ensure clarity, consistency, and alignment with client requirements.
• Manages pursuit schedules, tracks deliverables, and facilitates internal meetings to keep projects on track.
• Provides quality control for all pursuit deliverables, including proofreading, formatting, and final production for both digital and print submissions.
• Maintains organized databases and records of pursuit activities and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or other related major
• Strong proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Microsoft PowerPoint, and other relevant softwarel
• Excellent writing and proofreading skills
• Ability to maintain a high degree of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality
• Ability to work independently and prioritize projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Strong organizational skills to manage content, files, and project timelines
• Experience in the A/E/C & CRE industry is preferred, but not required
