The Federal Proposal Coordinator supports the planning, development, organization, production, and submission of federal proposals for Richard Group. This role works closely with Business Development, Capture, Marketing, Estimating, Operations, Safety, Quality Control, design partners, JV/Mentor-Protégé partners, and subcontractors to ensure each proposal is compliant, complete, professionally produced, and submitted on time. The Federal Proposal Coordinator is responsible for helping manage the proposal process from solicitation review through final submission. This includes maintaining proposal schedules, organizing documents, developing compliance tools, collecting required materials, supporting technical narrative development, coordinating reviews, and ensuring all required forms, attachments, certifications, and proposal volumes are assembled correctly. This position is highly deadline-driven and requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, federal procurement awareness, and the ability to manage multiple pursuits at once.

$70,000.00-$95,000.00
The base salary range for this position as of posting is Richard’s good faith estimate of the possible compensation for this role. The range for this role takes into account the factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs.
