Key Responsibilities

• Manage proposal schedules, timelines, and deadlines in collaboration with marketing director.
• Ensure compliance with client requirements and formatting guidelines.
• Assist with proposal calendars and submission trackers.
• Proposal layout and design, supporting graphics and media manager.
• Compile, write, edit, and proofread proposal content.
• Customize templates and boilerplate content for each opportunity.
• Work closely with project management, technical teams, and leadership.
• Facilitate proposal meetings as needed (kickoffs, reviews, debriefs)
• Assign tasks and follow up to ensure timely deliverables.

Compliance & Quality Control

• Review RFP requirements and check for compliance gaps.
• Ensure final submissions meet all client specifications (formatting, page limits, required forms, attachments, etc.)
• Conduct quality assurance reviews before submission.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Communications, Marketing, or 4-5 years’ experience in related role.
• 1–5+ years of experience in proposals, marketing, or administrative coordination.
• Experience responding to RFPs in industries like:
• AEC (Architecture/Engineering/Construction).
• Government contracting.
• Professional services.
• Pass a Pre-Employment Drug Test.

The salary range for this position is between $25 and $40 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.

• Often involves juggling multiple proposals at different stages.
