We are Making Sustainability Happen.As our new **Proposal Coordinator**, you will play an important role on a team whose work is essential to achieving this goal.**Role**We are seeking a Proposal Coordinator who is comfortable collaborating with diverse teams in a fast-paced environment to address ongoing proposal opportunities and/or Request for Proposals (RFPs). This response supports ongoing strategic procurement from our Sector leads and Business Unit Directors. This role engages and leads the assembly, scheduling, messaging and delivery of proposals along with designated Technical Leads.**Responsibilities:*** Lead the preparation of proposal and interview materials.* Prepare technical presentations as requested.* Organized and Detail Oriented* Help ensure that written communications are consistent in design and tone and follow company guidelines.* Assist in maintaining marketing databases and project descriptions.* Maintain open lines of communication and respond promptly to all inquiries.* Develop and maintain relationships with technical staff to support marketing efforts.* Performs QA/QC review of proposal and interview materials.* Provide backup support for web materials.* Provide backup support to the Marketing Manager relative to RFQ/RFP opportunities.* Perform market research on industry trends as requested.* Perform other related duties as assigned.**Working @ SLR**With us, there is no doubt you’ll grow your subject-matter expertise and industry knowledge.
