Job summary

MSIG USA is seeking an underwriting support professional to assist in property coverage submissions and policy administration. You will collect, verify, and reconcile data for new and renewal accounts, enabling accurate quotes and timely endorsements.

In this role, you will analyze account information, enter financial data into systems, and collaborate with brokers and underwriters to maintain data quality and service excellence. A strong eye for detail is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting underwriting processes and submissions.
• Ability to collect, reconcile and verify submission data.
• Strong data analysis and data entry accuracy.
• Excellent communication with brokers and internal teams.
• Proactive problem solving to meet client needs.

Responsibilities

• Collect and reconcile new and renewal submission information to prepare policy/account files.
• Review and analyze account information for underwriting data; follow up with brokers.
• Enter financial and statistical data into systems for quotes, endorsements, and policies.
• Interpret data and set up accounts in systems with accuracy, often with underwriter guidance.
• Produce quotes and binders for new and renewal accounts under minimal supervision.
• Complete reinsurance tasks per underwriting guidelines and ensure data integrity.
• Provide excellent customer service to brokers, underwriters, and internal teams.
• Document all system files within due dates and prioritize multiple tasks.
