Qualifications

• College degree is required.
• 3–5 years of property underwriting experience with heavy industrial risks.
• Strong written and verbal communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and underwrite technical risk exposures on new and renewal business.
• Maintain an active account renewal book and manage client meetings.
• Travel for client and broker meetings on major renewals across the Midwest.
• Develop new business account production and marketing efforts.
• Ensure underwriting and service standards are met on assigned accounts.
• Prepare proposals, policies, endorsements, and obtain approvals as needed.
