Job summary

Brookfield Properties is seeking a Learning Consultant to design and deliver training for multifamily properties. The role focuses on property management systems, sales strategies, and KPI-driven coaching, with strong emphasis on onboarding and development for new acquisitions and openings.

The position involveshands-on training delivery, LMS management, and collaboration with regional leaders. Travel up to 50% is required to support ongoing property openings and training initiatives.

Qualifications

• Proven experience designing and delivering training for multifamily real estate.
• Experience with onboarding new property teams and acquisitions is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of property management software and HRIS systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee training administration, including course scheduling, registrations, and facilities prep.
• Deliver engaging training across in-person, virtual, and self-paced formats.
• Support LMS by managing enrollments and training records.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and refresh training materials.
• Provide coaching and performance improvement through KPI-driven approaches.
• Coordinate onboarding for new property managers and integration with regional teams.
• Track training completion and generate history reports.
• Travel up to 50% to support property openings and trainings.
