Emerald Energy and Exploration Land Company is seeking experienced Title Examiners/Abstractors in Kentucky to research public records, examine titles, and prepare abstracts of title for property ownership. The role demands strong attention to detail, excellent communication, and the ability to travel to Kentucky courthouses.

Candidates should have 2+ years of title experience, familiarity with mineral titles, and a real estate license is a plus.

Qualificações

• 2+ years of title experience.
• Experience completing complex mineral title.
• Real Estate License is a plus.
• Acquisition experience is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Research public records and examine titles to determine the legal condition of property title.
• Knowledge of researching public records.
• Ability to compile and prepare chains of title, and make abstracts of title with summaries of all matters and instruments of record.
• Interpret deeds, easements, plats, leases, court actions, probates, and other documents impacting property ownership.
• Complete documents that include title acquisition packages and title commitments.
• Identify possible title defects, prepare title-related correspondence based on searches, opinion letters, title evidence, and prior policies.
