Job summary

Housing Visions is seeking a full-time team member for our Cazenovia, NY office. Schedule: Mon–Thu 7:00 am–4:30 pm, Fri 7:00 am–11:00 am. Pay range is $19–$22/hr. Responsibilities include marketing, leasing units, collecting rents, and ensuring tenant needs are met.

Additional duties involve compliance with regulations, managing cash flow and budgets, handling delinquencies and renewals, audits, and inspections. Generous benefits are provided.
