Qualifications

• Strong litigation paralegal experience with knowledge of court filings, discovery, document production, and deadline management.
• Working knowledge of Texas and Federal civil litigation procedures, court rules, and critical docketing requirements.
• Strong analytical, written communication, organizational, and independent problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Draft and review pleadings, discovery, correspondence, memoranda, summaries, timelines, witness information, exhibits, and trial materials
• Prepare trial notebooks and demonstrative evidence for courtroom proceedings
• Manage litigation documents and coordinate production to opposing counsel and expert witnesses
• Obtain documentation from clients for discovery and ongoing case development
• Prepare materials for depositions, hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and trials
• Organize exhibits and supporting documentation for court filings
• Monitor critical litigation dates, court deadlines, and docketing requirements
• Coordinate with clients, attorneys, opposing counsel, courts, and expert witnesses
• Support attorneys during trial proceedings, including courtroom and jury-selection preparation
• Manage multiple active matters while anticipating upcoming case needs and potential deadline issues
