Isanti County Government Center is seeking a Property Services Coordinator to coordinate property tax and land records functions. The role includes assisting with tax collection, reviewing documents for compliance, and supporting on-site operations within the Finance and Property Services department.

The position requires a bachelor’s degree and knowledge of real estate records, with strong attention to detail and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

Coordinate property tax and land records functions and assist with administration and collection of property taxes.
Review real estate documents for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with statutes and standards.
Provide customer service to the public and professionals; assist staff under supervision.
Assist with recording functions, indexing records, and maintenance of permanent property records.
Prepare reports and certify records; support audits and compliance activities.
