Qualifications

• 5+ years of multifamily property management experience as a Portfolio Manager, Property Supervisor, or Regional Property Manager.
• Proven experience managing and developing onsite property management teams.
• Active California Real Estate License required.
• Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to travel throughout Orange County and surrounding Southern California properties.
• Experience managing multiple multifamily communities simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and mentor onsite Community Managers, Assistant Managers, Leasing Consultants, and Maintenance teams.

• Provide leadership, coaching, and performance management to onsite teams.

• Review property financial performance, monitor budgets, and implement strategies to maximize NOI.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable housing laws, company policies, and industry regulations.
• Partner with ownership and executive leadership to achieve operational and financial goals.
