Job summary

Westward360 is seeking a Property Runner to join our Investments team. The role supports daily field operations, inspections, and project needs across diverse properties. You’ll work in a flexible, hands-on environment with opportunities to engage with rental and property management processes.

Ideal candidates are organized, reliable, and comfortable using a smartphone and Gmail. You will document findings, communicate with tenants and vendors, and assist with light maintenance while supporting

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks across properties.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize, and adjust daily schedules as needed.
• Comfort using a smartphone, Gmail, and company chat tools.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Inspect properties for damage and document findings.
• Perform building walk-throughs to locate mechanicals (breakers, water heaters, etc.).
• Deliver building notices and communicate with tenants or vendors onsite.
• Assist with light maintenance tasks (changing bulbs, blinds, batteries, etc.).
• Photograph and document project progress as needed.
• Pick up/drop off lockboxes, make bank deposits, and support other logistical needs.
• Provide on-the-ground support for the Investments team and assist with ad hoc requests.

Westward360 is looking to add a Property Runner to join our growing Investments team! The Property Runner will support daily field operations, inspections, and project needs for the Investments team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a flexible, hands-on environment and enjoys variety in their workday.

Westward360 is a leader in the Property Management industry, with locations across the map. We service condo, townhome, and homeowner associations, and provide rental management services to multi-family, single-unit, and co-op properties.
