A property data and inspection services firm is looking for capable 1099 independent contractors in California to perform home and commercial property inspections. Ideal candidates will have experience in roofing sales or construction and the ability to lift and carry various equipment. The role offers some flexibility for scheduling and great earning potential. Lodging is provided during inspections in affected areas, ensuring a supportive work environment and provided tools for inspections.

Qualifications

• Willingness to access and inspect steep and/or high roofs.
• Ability to lift and carry equipment up to 100 pounds.
• Comfortable traveling and performing inspections at remote locations.

Responsibilities

• Perform accurate and complete property inspections.
• Document inspections using proprietary software.
• Travel for assignments in areas affected by weather catastrophes.
