Job summary

A property inspection and data solutions company is seeking capable 1099 independent contractors to perform accurate property inspections across North Carolina. Responsibilities include inspecting residential and commercial properties, documenting findings using proprietary technology, and being flexible for short-notice assignments. Ideal candidates will have a reliable vehicle, strong attention to detail, and a willingness to earn HAAG Certification within 90 days. This position offers great earning potential and requires a valid driver’s license and insurance.

Qualifications

• A clean and reliable truck, van, or SUV capable of transporting a 32’ ladder safely.
• An operational laptop and smartphone.
• Ability to submit complete, quality reports on time.
• Valid driver’s license and Certificate of General Liability Insurance.

Responsibilities

• Perform accurate and complete inspections of properties.
• Document inspections using proprietary software on smartphone.
• Travel to inspection sites, especially during catastrophic events.
