Description

Note: Prior to applying, you must be able to relocate to Avon, CO, where some relocation assistance will be provided.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, team members, and insurance adjusters.
• Scope, sell, manage, and execute mitigation projects involving water, fire, and mold damage.
• Ensure all project documentation and site execution meet company standards and compliance requirements.
• Perform hands-on tasks including demolition, content manipulation, and equipment setup.
• Lead by example—work independently, collaborate with your team, and help onboard and train new technicians.
• Maintain assigned vehicles in top condition, both cosmetically and mechanically.
• Manage inventory, including tools, equipment, and consumables, ensuring readiness and proper maintenance.
• Comfortably use technology including Matterport, MICA, and other company systems for documentation and reporting.

Candidate Requirements

• Able to travel locally for job site visits and support.

• Experience with MICA software (preferred).
• Ability to participate in an on-call rotation.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift at least 50 lbs regularly; occasionally up to 100 lbs with assistance.
• Comfortable climbing ladders, working at ceiling heights, and navigating confined spaces (crawlspaces, attics).
• Capable of prolonged periods of sitting, standing, or walking.
• Frequent pushing, pulling, lifting, and carrying of equipment and materials.
• Willing to work around various cleaning agents and chemicals as required.
