What does a Mitigation Technician with Paul Davis do?
Serve others within your community in their time of need
Make a difference for others that have had a disaster strike their property
Work hard and take pride in completing projects (i.e. mitigating flood and fire damage)
Be empathetic and show a sense of urgency while communicating through modern technology
Responsibilities & Duties:
Communicate professionally with clients, employees, and adjusters
Scope, sell, manage, and execute water, fire, mold mitigation projects.
Ensure job site documentation and execution is correct and complete
Ability to execute required content manipulation, demolition, and equipment setup
Work independently, as a team, and train new technicians
Maintain assigned vehicle - cosmetically and mechanically
Maintain equipment, tools, and consumable inventory
Tech savvy and ability to utilize Matterport, mica, as well other company provided technologies.
Candidate Requirements:
Excellent customer service & communication skills
Dependable, Responsible, and Positive
Ability to work as a team and train new technicians
Eager to learn, acquire new skills, and grow professionally
Ability to travel locally
Valid Driver’s License without major violations
IICRC certified preferred
MICA experience
Ability to be on call
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance
Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (e.g., crawls spaces, attics)
Ability to sit/stand/walk for prolonged periods of time
Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects
Ability to work with/around cleaning products/chemicals
