Job summary

Boulder Connect is seeking a Production Underwriter in New York, NY to drive new business production and renewal retention within a leading property insurer.

The role focuses on profitable risk selection, negotiating pricing and terms, and developing long-term broker relationships. You will review submissions, analyze risks, and coordinate with account teams and engineers to grow a profitable portfolio while meeting profit and production goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 2-5 years of property insurance experience.
• Strong communication, negotiation and analytical skills.

Responsibilities
