You’ll handle evictions, lock changes, winterizations, landscaping, trash outs, basic repairs, and recurring maintenance. Reliability, attention to detail, and timely updates are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience with property preservation/REO work.
• Own tools, truck/trailer, and crew (or solo and efficient).
• Comfortable using PPW.
• Reliable, detail-focused, and meets deadlines.
• Clear communication and honest updates.
• Detail-oriented photos to justify bid and work completion.

Responsibilities
