ESUS PROPERTY MANAGEMENT LLC is seeking experienced Property Preservation Contractors to cover Merrillville, IN and nearby areas. If you have REO/property preservation experience, own tools, and operate with your own crew or solo and efficiently, we’d like to hear from you.

You’ll handle evictions, lock changes, winterizations, landscaping, trash outs, basic repairs, and recurring maintenance. Reliability, attention to detail, and timely updates are essential.
