• Property Securing: Change locks, install HUD-approved padlocks, and board up broken windows or doors to prevent trespassing and vandalism.
• Exterior Maintenance: Perform lawn care, weed control, hedge trimming, and yard waste or debris removal.
• Winterization: Drain plumbing systems and add antifreeze to prevent frozen and burst pipes during cold months.
• Cleanouts and Debris Removal: Remove personal property, trash, and hazardous materials left behind to put the home in conveyance condition.
• Inspections and Documentation: Take clear before and after photos and submit detailed field reports.
• Minor Repairs: Fix roof leaks, repair drywall, or handle basic handiwork to stop property deterioration.
