Job description

We are a fast-growing property preservation company seeking reliable, detail-oriented, and experienced Property Preservation Crews and Contractors to handle foreclosed, vacant, and bank-owned properties.

If you are a self-starter with your own equipment who wants a steady stream of local work with guaranteed weekly payouts, we want to partner with you immediately.

Key Responsibilities

You and your crew must be able to perform standard preservation tasks, including but not limited to:

• Initial Secure & Rekey: Changing locks, installing lockboxes, and securing windows/doors per client specs.

• Winterizations: Performing full dry and wet winterizations to safeguard properties against frozen pipes.

• Vacancy Postings: Placing required legal and corporate notices on properties and documenting with clear photos.

• Lawn Care & Yard Maintenance: Initial cutbacks, ongoing grass cuts, edging, debris removal, and exterior upkeep.

• Maid Refresh / Janitorial: Deep cleaning, wiping counters, vacuuming, and trash‑outs to make properties "market-ready."

• Photo Documentation: Providing thorough, high‑quality "Before, During, and After" photos for every single task via our reporting app.

Contractor Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have the following:

• Experience: Proven experience in property preservation, REO maintenance, or general property contracting.

• Tools & Equipment: Must own all necessary tools to complete the jobs (e.g., lawnmowers, string trimmers, air compressors for winterizations, drills/hand tools, generator, smartphone for photos).

• Transportation: Reliable truck, van, or utility trailer capable of hauling equipment and debris.

• Documentation: Active General Liability Insurance (or willingness to obtain it) and a valid driver's license.

• Reliability: Ability to hit strict 24- to 72-hour deadlines on work orders.
