Qualifications

• Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks for extended periods.

• Awareness of safety regulations related to janitorial work.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily cleaning duties: sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, trash removal.
• Maintain cleanliness of restrooms and replenish supplies.
• Monitor and report maintenance issues or safety hazards to the property management team.
• Assist with snow removal, landscaping, exterior cleaning, and curb appeal.
• Set up and breakdown furniture or equipment for events or maintenance activities.
• Ensure janitorial equipment and supplies are stored and maintained.
• Respond promptly to tenant cleaning requests and on‑call emergencies.
