MRK Property Management LLC is seeking a diligent Porter to maintain cleanliness and curb appeal across our County House in Sewell and Spring Mill in Mullica Hill, NJ, supporting 190 residential units. You will clean common areas, prep vacated apartments, and assist maintenance as needed to ensure a safe, welcoming environment.

Responsibilities include daily grounds and interior cleaning, janitorial tasks, and on-call availability for emergencies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• One year general maintenance experience preferred.
• Knowledge of OSHA rules and regulations preferred.
• Able to read, speak and comprehend English.
• Flexible schedule and on-call availability for evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsabilités

• Patrols property daily to identify cleaning needs and removes trash/debris from grounds and common areas.
• Restores vacated apartments to move-in condition (clean appliances, cabinets, sinks, floors, bathrooms, windows, doors).
• Performs grounds maintenance (weeding, mowing, snow/leaf removal) and cleans sidewalks and driveways.
• Cleans property office and completes janitorial duties per schedule.
• Assists maintenance with preventive work orders and capital improvements as needed.
