Job summary

Licensed Texas P&C agent or ability to obtain license is required; 4–6 years of experience; proficient with Sagitta, ImageRight, Word and Excel; strong multitasking, communication, and problem‑solving skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed as a Texas P&C Agent or able to obtain Texas P&C license.
• 4–6 years of experience in middle market business insurance.
• Proficient at Sagitta, ImageRight, Word, Excel, and current internet technologies.
• Demonstrate ability to multi-task and prioritize with little direction.
• Demonstrate discretion, confidentiality and professional diplomacy when servicing clients.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Service Team to ensure the insurance placement processes are completed.
• Oversee and manage the process from account intake to submission and market follow-up.
• Act as the main contact for the Service Team during the insurance placement process.
• Review submissions for accuracy and completeness and negotiate terms with markets.
• Schedule strategy calls and prepare final proposals with best client recommendations.
• Bind orders, review binders and invoices for accuracy, and maintain client records.
• Understand Agency Management System and document the placement process.
• Maintain ongoing communication with the Service Team and other stakeholders.
