Cambridge Real Estate Services in Central Oregon is seeking a full-time property management professional to oversee daily activities across leasing, collections, resident relations, maintenance, and office administration. Working from the site management office is a requirement, with some after-hours support and on-site living optional.

Qualifications

• Some Experience in the Field of Real Estate, Resort Management, Retail or Property Manager experience is helpful
• General understanding of property management and the financial aspects
• Yardi experience preferred
• Customer focus and bottom-line orientation

• Willing to participate embrace opportunities for professional development via on-going training
• Ability to work the schedule outlined below as well as some after-hours emergency support

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the supervision and oversight of administrative, marketing and maintenance staff
• Monitor condition of property to provide proactive maintenance services
• Supervise and coordinate vendors including landscapers, turnover services, technicians
• Oversee capital projects
• Provide effective resident relations
• Monitor and manage resident payment practices
