Responsibilities

• Supervise Leasing Professionals and Service team and ensure quality of service.
• Assist in lease-ups and maintain high occupancy for the property.
• Prepare and submit reports (e.g., Weekly Summary Report, Delinquents).
• Process invoices and post rent and security deposits.
• Maintain occupancy records and notices; manage budgets and financial performance.
• Support sales efforts and participate in client meetings; provide feedback to leadership.
• Foster a positive work climate and ensure staff training and development.
