Job summary

Ryders Health Management in Connecticut seeks a proactive Property Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of a mixed portfolio of residential and commercial properties in Stratford. You will manage tenant relations, leasing, maintenance coordination, and vendor management across CT properties.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of property management experience in residential, commercial, or mixed-use properties preferred.
• Working knowledge of leasing, property operations, tenant relations, and compliance requirements.
• Experience with DoorLoop, Yardi, AppFolio, or Buildium; DoorLoop a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects independently.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of residential and commercial properties; ensure maintenance, tenant needs met.
• Conduct routine inspections for safety, cleanliness, and presentation.
• Manage work orders; coordinate with vendors; ensure timely repairs.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activity and vendor communications.
• Travel regularly between Connecticut properties.
• Manage leasing from advertising to documentation; screening applicants; prepare leases.
• Oversee move-ins/outs and related documentation.
• Collect rents, monitor delinquencies, and issue notices.
• Assist with budgeting, expense tracking, and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal requirements.
