Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. seeks an Associate Property Manager to support the property team for a portfolio of commercial, industrial, or retail spaces in Leawood, Kansas. This onsite role covers marketing, operations and financial activities across nearly 500,000 sq ft of property.

You will respond to tenant needs, coordinate move-ins/move-outs, assist with budgeting and financial reporting, and help prepare reports for owner review. This position emphasizes collaboration with building staff and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Respond to tenant needs and ensure timely resolution by admin and building staff.
• Conduct periodic property inspections and recommend maintenance actions.
• Review and help approve vendor invoices for accuracy and timeliness.
• Assist with PO creation and tenant billings according to CBRE policies.
• Coordinate tenant move-ins/move-outs and space walks with tenants and TI team.
• Assist in preparing reports and participate in budgeting and financial forecasting.
• Gather preliminary data for AR aging reports and budgeting inputs.
• Provide operational guidance and training to coworkers.
