Job summary

Space Dynamics Laboratory's Property Office is seeking a proactive student to assist with property functions across the Laboratory Campus. The role provides hands-on experience in property management and administrative work.

Responsibilities include inventory of supplies, data entry, and assisting the Property Team with SDL and Government equipment, moving furniture, and disposing of excess items. Applicants must be Utah State University students with one year remaining and be able to work 15–20

Qualifications

• Must be a Utah State University student with at least one year of school remaining.
• Must be able to work 15-20 hours per week during semesters and up to 40 hours per week during summers.
• Must have a strong work ethic, dedication, and sense of ownership in their job, and be self-directed/motivated.
• Must have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Suite, and other productivity tools.
• Must possess a valid U.S. driver's license.
• Must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident of the U.S., or other U.S. person.

Responsibilities

• Performs inventory and distributes office and breakroom supplies
• Performs data entry
• Assists full-time Property Team with conducting inventory of SDL and Government Equipment
• Moves office furniture and lab equipment
• Disposes of excess equipment
