Job summary

Project HOME is seeking an Assistant Property Manager for House of Grace & Ray Homes in Philadelphia. You will support daily operations across affordable housing properties, assist with leasing, certifications, and lease administration, and ensure compliance with HUD and LIHTC programs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of two (2) years of affordable housing property management experience.
• Experience working with LIHTC, HUD, and/or PHFA housing programs.
• Experience utilizing property management software, preferably Yardi.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily operations across assigned affordable housing properties.
• Support leasing, certifications, recertifications, evictions, and marketing activities.
• Ensure compliance with HUD, LIHTC, PHFA, Fair Housing, and organizational requirements.
• Assist with resident move-ins, transfers, and lease administration activities.
• Support implementation of the Aff… Wait the actual text is "Support implementation of the Aff…"
• Serve as a resource for residents and assist with resident communication efforts.
• Collaborate with Residential Services staff to support positive resident outcomes.
• Assist with documentation, reporting, and record maintenance.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports as required.
• Maintain accurate resident and property records.
