Job summary

ISN Corporation is seeking a Building Manager to support its USMC contract in the Quantico, Virginia area. You will oversee day-to-day facilities operations, ensure safe, efficient, and compliant services while coordinating with contractors and internal teams.

The role requires coordinating on-site activities, responding to service requests, and managing budgets and resources. We offer comprehensive benefits and a collaborative work environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in building/facilities management is desirable.
• Strong delegation and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Physical ability to perform tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining and preserving real property assets; manage costs and ensure quality facility-related services.
• Coordinate all on-site building operations, maintenance, alterations, cleaning, safety, environmental and security activities.
• Receive and coordinate action on service requests, complaints, and other issues, including contractor coordination and scheduling.
• Investigate repairs or enhancement projects and coordinate implementation.
• Analyze building systems to determine capability to meet customer needs and plan lifecycle requirements.
• Prepare scopes, estimates, and monitor repairs by contractors for operating equipment and utilities.
• Perform physical tasks as required (standing, lifting up to 50 pounds, stairs).
• Delegate and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Other duties as required.

We are seeking a Building Manager to support our USMC contract.

Key Responsibilities

Job duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Maintaining and preserving the real property assets, maintaining or lowering operational costs, and ensuring theprovision of quality facility-related services.
• Coordinatingall on-site building operations, maintenance,alterations, cleaning, recycling, safety, environmental, and security activities.
• Receiving written or oral customer requests for service, complaints, and other issues and coordinates appropriate action or resolution. (Custodial or maintenance service calls, security, coordination of emergency responses,
  reimbursable activities, Contractor coordination, and scheduling, conference facilities, concessions, and parking).
• Investigate and determine the need for repairs or enhancement projects, and coordinate the necessary repairs or projects.
• Analyzeand monitorthe impact on building systems and equipment to determine facility capability inmeeting customer needs.
• Prepares reviews and/or considers lifecycle condition analysis and similar
  assessments. From those findings, integrates and quantifies requirements into a scope of work for theproject.
• Prepares specifications forestimatesand monitors repairs by contractors to all items ofoperating equipment and utilities; this may include electrical systems, water supply and sewage systems inaddition to repairs necessitated by damage to buildings due to fire, storms, vandalism, etc.
• Must have the ability to perform physical tasks such as but not limited to: standing for prolonged periods of time, lifting/moving up to 50 pounds, walking up and down flights of stairs.
• Delegation and multi-tasking ability, while working in a faced paced environment.
• Other duties as required.

The listed pay is the maximum amount for this position at this location.
