Job summary

ISN is seeking a Building Manager to support our USMC contract and oversee on‑site facilities operations, maintenance, and services. You will coordinate building activities, ensure safety and security, and manage customer service requests to maintain high standards of service.

The role involves evaluating repairs, planning lifecycle improvements, and coordinating various contractors. A strong partner relationship with stakeholders is essential in this fast‑paced, mission‑critical environment,

Responsibilities

• Maintaining and preserving real property assets, lowering costs where possible and delivering quality facility‑related services.
• Coordinating all on‑site building operations including maintenance, alterations, cleaning, safety, environmental, and security activities.
• Handling customer service requests, complaints, and coordination of actions or resolutions (custodial, security, emergency responses, contractor coordination, scheduling, conference facilities, concessions, parking).
• Investigating repairs or enhancement projects and coordinating necessary work.
• Analyzing building system performance to meet customer needs and planning lifecycle improvements.
• Preparing specifications for estimates and ensuring repairs by contractors for equipment and utilities (electrical, water, sewage).
• Performing physical tasks as required (standing, lifting up to 50 pounds, stairs).
• Delegating tasks and multitasking in a fast‑paced environment.
• Carrying out other duties as required.

We are seeking a Building Manager to support our USMC contract.

Key Responsibilities

Job duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

• Maintaining and preserving the real property assets, maintaining or lowering operational costs, and ensuring the provision of quality facility‑related services.
• Coordinating all on‑site building operations, maintenance, alterations, cleaning, recycling, safety, environmental, and security activities.
• Receiving written or oral customer requests for service, complaints, and other issues and coordinating appropriate action or resolution. (Custodial or maintenance service calls, security, coordination of emergency responses, reimbursable activities, contractor coordination, scheduling, conference facilities, concessions, and parking).
• Investigating and determining the need for repairs or enhancement projects, and coordinating the necessary repairs or projects.
• Analyzing and monitoring the impact on building systems and equipment to determine facility capability in meeting customer needs.
• Preparing reviews and/or conducting lifecycle condition analyses and assessments. From those findings, integrating and quantifying requirements into a scope of work for the project.
• Preparing specifications for estimates and monitoring repairs by contractors to all items of operating equipment and utilities; this may include electrical systems, water supply and sewage systems in addition to repairs necessitated by damage to buildings due to fire, storms, vandalism, etc.
• Must have the ability to perform physical tasks such as standing for prolonged periods of time, lifting/moving up to 50 pounds, and walking up and down flights of stairs.
• Delegation and multitasking ability while working in a fast‑paced environment.
• Other duties as required.

The listed pay range is subject to change on experience and location.
