Job summary

ISN Corporation is seeking a Building Manager to support a USMC contract in Barstow, CA. The role focuses on maintaining real property assets, coordinating on-site operations, and ensuring quality facility services while managing costs and safety.

You will lead coordination of maintenance, alterations, cleaning, and security, handle service requests, and assess repairs, collaborating with contractors to scope and oversee projects.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and operate real property assets while controlling costs.
• Coordinate on-site building operations, maintenance, alterations, cleaning, safety, and security.
• Receive and respond to service requests and coordinate appropriate action.
• Assess repairs or enhancements and coordinate needed work.
• Analyze building systems to ensure capability meets customer needs.
• Prepare scopes of work, estimates, and monitor repairs by contractors.
• Perform physical tasks as required (standing, lifting up to 50 pounds, stairs).

We are seeking a Building Manager to support our USMC contract.

Key Responsibilities

Job duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Maintaining and preserving the real property assets, maintaining or lowering operational costs, and ensuring theprovision of quality facility-related services.
• Coordinatingall on-site building operations, maintenance,alterations, cleaning, recycling, safety, environmental, and security activities.
• Receiving written or oral customer requests for service, complaints, and other issues and coordinates appropriate action or resolution. (Custodial or maintenance service calls, security, coordination of emergency responses,
  reimbursable activities, Contractor coordination, and scheduling, conference facilities, concessions, and parking).
• Investigate and determine the need for repairs or enhancement projects, and coordinate the necessary repairs or projects.
• Analyzeand monitorthe impact on building systems and equipment to determine facility capability inmeeting customer needs.
• Prepares reviews and/or considers lifecycle condition analysis and similar
  assessments. From those findings, integrates and quantifies requirements into a scope of work for theproject.
• Prepares specifications forestimatesand monitors repairs by contractors to all items ofoperating equipment and utilities; this may include electrical systems, water supply and sewage systems inaddition to repairs necessitated by damage to buildings due to fire, storms, vandalism, etc.
• Must have the ability to perform physical tasks such as but not limited to: standing for prolonged periods of time, lifting/moving up to 50 pounds, walking up and down flights of stairs.
• Delegation and multi-tasking ability, while working in a faced paced environment.
• Other duties as required.

The listed pay is the maximum amount for this position at this location.
