• Follow guidelines and report to Property Supervisor.
• Ensure property and leasing office is clean and presentable.
• Coordinate with maintenance to complete work orders and make-readies.
• Process rent collections and 3-day notices.
• Collaborate with vendors and contractors.
• Process invoices and arrange payments.
• Inspect properties for curb appeal and vacancy status.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
• Conduct regular staff meetings.
• Develop, maintain, and implement marketing plans.
• Monitor operating expenses.
• Work with leasing team to rent vacant units.
• Assist on-site team with special projects.
