Responsabilidades

• Follow guidelines of the property management company and report to Property Supervisor.
• Ensure the property and leasing office are clean and presentable.
• Coordinate with maintenance to ensure timely work orders and make-readies.
• Process rent collections and 3-day notices.
• Work closely with vendors and contractors.
• Process invoices and arrange payments promptly.
• Report incidents to Property Supervisor immediately.
• Walk the property to monitor curb appeal and move-in status.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
• Lead staff meetings and contribute to marketing plans.
