The role offers flexible full-time schedules (9:30am–6pm, weekends until 5pm), mileage reimbursement between properties, and potential bonuses. A valid driver’s license and own vehicle are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service-centered sales environments (retail, food service, or similar).
• Requires a valid driver’s license and using own vehicle for travel between locations.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with storage needs and suggest packing/moving supplies.
• Perform daily storage unit inspections to confirm inventory and readiness to rent.
• Audit cash drawers and make bank deposits as part of daily duties.
• Help customers stay current on payments and make reminder/collection calls when required.
