Job summary

Public Storage is seeking Property Managers to work independently at multiple locations, spending time both inside and outside to assist customers with storage solutions.

You will assess storage needs, suggest packing and moving supplies, and perform daily inspections to ensure spaces are ready to rent. You will handle cash drawers and banking, and help customers stay current with payments, including reminder calls when needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service-centered sales environments (retail, restaurant, fast food, or other service sectors).

Responsibilities

• Work independently at multiple locations and spend time both inside and outside.
• Assess customer storage needs and suggest packing and moving supplies.
• Conduct daily storage unit inspections to confirm inventory and availability so spaces are ready to rent.
• Audit cash drawers and make bank deposits as part of daily operations.
• Help customers stay current with payments and make reminder/collection calls as required.
