Job summary

Public Storage in Kansas is seeking Property Managers to work across multiple locations, both inside and outside, focusing on customer storage needs and upselling packing materials. You will perform daily inspections, manage cash drawers, and assist customers with payments, with mileage reimbursement for travel between properties.

Flexible, full-time schedules apply, with benefits after 20+ hours per week. Work hours are 9:30am–6pm, weekends until 5pm, and there are opportunities for

Qualifications

Experience in customer service centered sales environments such as retail, restaurant, or service-based companies.
Must have a valid driver’s license and own vehicle to travel between locations (mileage reimbursement).
Ability to transport items and perform outdoor/indoor tasks as needed.

Responsibilities

Assess customer storage needs and suggest packing/moving supplies.
Perform daily storage unit inspections to confirm inventory and availability.
Audit cash drawers and make bank deposits as part of daily business.
Help customers stay current with payments and make reminder/collection calls when required.
